We ship by United States Postal Service.
We have a minimum shipping and handling charge of $3.00 for all orders. See our rate table below.
Orders within the United States will be mailed either via USPS First Class mail, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail, and is determined at our discretion based on order weight and/or destination.
International orders accepted and are mailed by USPS First Class International. Shipping costs are figured after you have ordered and may result in a refund of over-payment of shipping charges, or ADDITIONAL shipping charges.
Special note: International shipments, including Canada, can take up to four weeks. It is completely dependent on your customs department. We do not mismark customs forms in any way.

Do to troubles with our Digital Downloads, we had to take it off as a cart option. However, if you would like to pay with Paypal, all you need to do is place your order and then, using your send money tab in Paypal, send the money to me via Paypal to Lori@cleardollarstamps.com. Make sure to email me to let me know it is coming at Lori@cleardollarstamps.com.
